    FIERY MAPO TOFU BURST This Spicy Mapo Tofu dish made with Aftermeats Minced is a plant-based twist on a classic Sichuan recipe featuring the unique and savory flavor of Wagyu Minced that pairs perfectly with the bold and spicy flavors of the dish. Back To More Recipes Ingredients Serving for 4: 200g Aftermeats Minced 900 g soft tofu 8 middle size shitake mushroom , sliced 3 tbsp. Doubanjiang ,chopped 1 tbsp. fermented black beans , chopped 4 tbsp. cooking oil 4 shallot white, chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped 2 inch ginger, chopped 4 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. light soy sauce 4 cups water 0.5 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. sesame oil Fresh Sichuan peppercorn powder 4 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. sweet potato starch , or 1.5 tbsp. corn starch Preparation Prepare Aftermeats Minced according to package instructions and set aside. Slice mushroom, chop garlic, ginger, spring onion white, doubanjiang and fermented black beans. Cut tofu into square cubes (around 2cms). Bring a large amount of water to a boil and then add a pinch of salt. Slide the tofu in and cook for 1 minute. Move out and drain. Fry doubanjiang for 1 minute over slow fire until the oil turns red and then add garlic, scallion white, ginger and fermented black beans to cook for 30 seconds until aroma. Then fry mushrooms until soft. Add water to the seasonings and bring to boil over high fire. Gently slide the tofu cubes and Aftermeats Minced together. Add light soy sauce and sugar. Slow the heat after boiling and then simmer for 6-8 minutes. Drizzle some sesame oil. Stir the water starch and then pour half of the mixture to the simmering pot. Wait for around 30 seconds and then pour the other half. You can slightly taste the tofu and Aftermeats Minced then add pinch of salt if not salty enough. Transfer out when almost all the seasonings stick to tofu cubes. Sprinkle Szechuan peppercorn powder (to taste). ​ Enjoy your Fiery Mapo Tofu Burst!

    Vegan Cottage Pie Vegan cottage Pie is a substitute of regular cottage pie using soy mince (soy meat) as a replacement for beef. It's great as it doesn't contain any cholesterol or trans fats and also satisfies your craving for pies, thanks to its creamy mashed potatoes, blended onion and peas topping. Ingredient Serving for 4: 100g Dry Aftermeats Meat *Mince type 2 tablespoons Oil 1 Onion *finely chopped 2 cloves Garlic *finely chopped 1 Carrot *cut into Peas & Corn size 1 Celery Sticks *finely chopped Thyme OR Herb of your choice as required 4 Mushrooms *finely chopped 1/2 red Capsicum 1/4 cup Frozen Peas 1/4 cup Frozen Corn *Note: I recommend to use a variety of Vegetables for richer flavour 2 tablespoons Plain Flour 1 & 1/2 cups Vegetable Stock 3 tablespoons Tomato Paste 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins) Salt & Black Pepper Mashed Potato Topping 800g to 1kg Potatoes *peeled & chopped Salt for cooking 30g Margarine 1/2 cup Milk of your choice Ground Paprika *optional Preparation Soak Dry Soy Meat in plenty of warm water for 30 minutes. Drain and squeeze to remove excess water, then soak in fresh water, drain and squeeze to remove excess water again. *Note: This process is to remove unpleasant smell from Soy Meat. It might be unnecessary, or you wish to repeat a few times. Heat Oil in a large frying pan or pot over medium heat. Cook Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Celery and Herb for 2-3 minutes. Add Mushrooms and Capsicum, and cook until soft. Add Flour and stir until combined, then add Stock, Tomato Paste and Worcestershire Sauce. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, and add Soy Meant, Peas and Corn. Season with Salt and Pepper, and cook until sauce thickens. Meanwhile, cook Potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain well. Return to the saucepan and add Margarine. Use a potato masher to mash until smooth. Add Milk of your choice, and stir until well combined. Taste and season with Salt and Pepper. Preheat the oven to 220C. Spoon the mixture into a large baking dish. Cover with the Mashed Potato and use a fork to spread over and make a pattern. Sprinkle with some Ground Paprika, but it is optional. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until mashed potato is slightly browned. Serve immediately. Aftermeats Co. Ltd. Back To More Recipes Ingredients 1 pack of gyoza wrappers 200g Aftermeats Minced 1 cup chopped cabbage 1/2 cup chopped shiitake mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Vegetable oil, for frying Soy sauce, for serving Preparation Prepare Aftermeats Minced according to package instructions and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the Aftermeats Minced , chopped cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger powder, and garlic powder. Mix well. Take a gyoza wrapper and place a tablespoon of the Aftermeats Minced filling in the center of the wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water using your finger. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal. Then, create pleats on one side of the wrapper and press it against the flat side to seal. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling. Heat a non-stick pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the gyoza to the pan in a single layer, making sure they don't touch each other. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the bottoms of the gyoza are golden brown. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Let the gyoza steam for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the lid and let any remaining water evaporate. Drizzle some soy sauce over the gyoza and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Gyoza Bliss Bites!

When the Vegetables are cooked, add Soy Meat, and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add the Sauce, and stir to combine. Half fill a bowl with warm cooked rice and cover it with the mixture. Add some finely chopped Spring Onion, and enjoy.

In a large saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened. Add the red bell pepper, chilli powder, cumin powder, smoked paprika, and oregano. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, and Aftermeats Minced to the saucepan, and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
