Preparation
-
Prepare Aftermeats Minced according to package instructions and set aside.
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the Aftermeats Minced, chopped cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
-
Take a gyoza wrapper and place a tablespoon of the Aftermeats Minced filling in the center of the wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water using your finger.
-
Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal. Then, create pleats on one side of the wrapper and press it against the flat side to seal.
-
Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
-
Heat a non-stick pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the gyoza to the pan in a single layer, making sure they don't touch each other. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the bottoms of the gyoza are golden brown.
-
Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Let the gyoza steam for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
-
Remove the lid and let any remaining water evaporate. Drizzle some soy sauce over the gyoza and serve hot.
